With or Without leggings?

I think it would look best w/o leggings..for sure..BUT if you're worried about paleness there is this awesome stuff that Neutrogena makes that pumps out in a foam and it's an INSTANT bronzer....BUT if you can find it and use it..put some cream on your hands and a squirt of the bronzer, mix it then rub it in!...it's instant result w/ no streaks or fake orange color!..just a bit of sun look...it'll look hot w/ heels!
