Does this guy like me?????

Ok, so at work theres this guy that i have a really big crush on and i cant tell whether hes interested in me or if hes just being a big flirt. I'm not gonna lie he flirts with other girls, but not as much as me. He touches my waist a lot in person and he sometimes has to dress as the mascot which then hes always pretending to kiss me and tells me he "hearts" me. Which he doesn't do to other girls. haha. well anyways theres this other guy who likes me at work, who i dont like and hes always telling me that hes my man. Like for example the other day we were talking about one of the costumers and i was like "thats her sugar daddy" and then he asked me if he could be mine. lol but then he was like "oh wait, no, you already have one" which he was referring to the guy that likes me. Its confusing because he offers me rides home so i dont have to ride the bus and hes always making me smile (: I catch him looking at me sometimes. When hes standing by me he stand really close and i feel comfortable around him. SO any help plz???
