I don't want to pay for an education whose curriculum was not current w/the job market. Help!?

Heald in Oakland, CA told me that the course was part of that course program (WP/Secretary) and that it couldn't be changed. If I wanted the more recent PC course (MS), I'd have to transfer to another program. I wasn't interested in that program. I don't feel I should have to pay the WHOLE amount for the program. How can I specify that the PC program (Displaywrite 2) was not current w/the job market? Please advise me what I should do.
