Help me loose about 10-14 lbs?
Alright so I am overweight i am 16 years old 5ft 10in 184 lbs my BMI is about 26. I am on the wreslting team and i lost alot of fat but not enough. The season is over so I am not doing offseason but I go to a MMA gym and i do cardio kickboxing Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on tuesdays and thursdays i do jiu jitsu and i occasionally lift once or twice a weak. My real questions are. 1. is this a good enough workout to help me loose weight 2. i dont know what to eat becuase some people so like high protein and like lower calorie intake and stuff but like i need to now exactly what should I eat like specifics please help me out id greatly appreciate it. ALso i have prom in about a month or so and i am trying to slim down a little bit maybe loose about 5-8 lbs if that is possible. once again thanks to anyone that helps.
