I met this really cute lady and now?

It seems like we got off to a real good start and she gave me her num and we talked over the phone and xchanged messages and she even talked about going on a date together . Then all of a sudden she's not picking my calls anymore or replying my messages at least not the last few i have sent. Should i just lock this one off as in she's not interested anymore or try a few more times?
