My sister is pregnant...?

My sister and I were playing on that gator slip-n-slide with the pool at the end. I wanted to show off my sweet kickboxing moves in front of her, I tripped and accidently slit my nutsack open on the plastic edge of the slide. Three months later, my sister said she was three months pregnant. she didn't even had a boyfriend. Could my sister had gotten pregnant from where I cut my nuts open on the slip-n-slide? I'M SOO SCARED AND CONFUSED!
