Computer error blue screen?

I reformated my comp Yesterday but when I install linksys wireless adapter that comes with a cd. Dureing the installation it gets to 75% and turns off and goes to a blue screen that says rt2500usb.sys all I know is that my wireless adapter is corrupted but I don't know how to fix it pls help. I'm useing a wireless G network adapter model wusb54g ver4
