How much salt does it take to generate 10 KW of electric?

ok this is to clarify the question more. lets say for instance the water in the hoover dam was sea water i.e contained salt.. how much water would it take to produce 10 kilowatts of electric? then im sure i can google how much salt is there in 1 gallon of water and mutiply that by your answers. thanks
